Roles & Responsibilities:  The Formwork and Scaffolding Engineer is responsible for developing and preparing technical proposals for formwork and Scaffolding projects. This role involves collaborating with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure that proposals meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals for formwork and scaffolding projects, including design calculations, material specifications, and cost estimates.  Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements,  Provide technical advice, and address any queries or concerns.  Design and Analysis: Perform structural analysis and design of formwork and Scaffolding systems to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.  Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure that proposals align with project goals and timelines.  Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all proposals, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.  Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for formwork and Scaffolding projects, considering material, labor, and equipment costs.  Quality Assurance: Ensure that all proposals meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices.  Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve proposal quality and efficiency.
