Job Title: Human Resource - ManagerLocation: Park Street, KolkataExperience Required: 8–15 YearsIndustry: JewelleryJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and strengthen the human resource functions of a growing jewellery organization. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, driving performance management systems, implementing KRAs, and leading talent acquisition for a workforce of 80 employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and performance-driven work culture.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Performance Management:- Design, implement, and monitor performance appraisal systems - Drive goal-setting processes and ensure alignment with business objectives - Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plansKRA Implementation:- Develop and roll out Key Result Areas (KRAs) across departments - Ensure periodic tracking and evaluation of employee performance against KRAs - Collaborate with leadership to refine performance metricsHR Operations:- Oversee day-to-day HR activities including employee lifecycle management - Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards - Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee recordsTalent Acquisition & Hiring:- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles - Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent in the jewellery/retail space - Coordinate with department heads for manpower planningEmployee Engagement & Relations:- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns - Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies - Handle grievance management and disciplinary actions.Experience Required:- 8–15 years of progressive experience in HR management - Proven experience in handling performance management systems and KRA implementation - Strong exposure to HR operations and end-to-end recruitment - Experience managing HR functions for small to mid-sized organizations (100 employees preferred)Qualification Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsInterested candidates can send thier resumes on shruti@ or 9330255934
