Transport Operations Management- Plan and manage daily employee pick-up and drop schedules.- Ensure smooth functioning of transport services across shifts (including night shifts).- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure adherence to routes and timelines.- 2. Vendor & Fleet Management- Coordinate with transport vendors for cab availability and maintenance.- Ensure all vehicles comply with company and legal safety standards.- Track vendor performance and manage billing/invoicing processes.- 3. Safety & Compliance- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, especially for female employees (e.g., night shift policies, GPS tracking).- Verify driver documents (license, background checks, police verification).- Maintain compliance with local transport laws and company policies.- 4. Route Planning & Optimization- Optimize routes to reduce cost and travel time using routing tools/software.- Handle transport requests and adjust routes based on employee needs.- 5.
