(Civil) Ph.D. in CivilExperience: As per AICTE Norms· Develop and implement innovative instructional methods. · Develop professional logistics to improve student performance. · Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects. · Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress. · Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities. · Participate in departmental and college activities. · Serve and support the functional activities of departmental committees. · Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress. · Research development activities & Research Guidance · Promotion of industry–institution interaction and R&DApplicants should holdPh.D, M.Tech and B.Techin the relevant subject from a reputed Institution. Should have sufficient experience in Teaching, Industry & Research with reputed Institutions as per AICTE/UGC norms Should have research papers published in International / National Journals. Should have books published and Scholars awarded / currently working for.
