THE ROLEEcommerce manager will be responsible for the online sales of Bien living brand. EM will oversee the look and feel of the Bien living website and is responsible for generating sales via online channels majorly Amazon and Flipkart marketplace. EM will also coordinate and oversee digital marketing, social media marketing, web and software developing which will contribute to website traffic, design and structure.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for Managing and growing Retail Sales through E-commerce on Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra - To launch new products on e-commerce - Website maintenance - Thorough knowledge of entire e-commerce distribution including sales through market place and direct deliveries. - Should manage to keep the product always on first page of the e-commerce web page to ensure to have good and more reviews. - to tackle with customer complaints and bad reviews - To achieve targeted sales - P&L responsibilities - Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting - Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance - Work with developers to improve website speed - To improve quality and traffic acquisition on brand site and market place site - CMS (content management system) and making website mobile capable - Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance - Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve sales targets/KPIs. This analytics have to be made in fixed interval on Amazon and Flipkart websites/portals - Directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC (pay-per-click) Ads, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media marketing - Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages developmentSkills, Knowledge and Experience:- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role. - Conversant with brand and business building on e-commerce platforms for a new brand is preferable. - Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field. - Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as Amazon DSP and PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels. - Confidence developing and overseeing retail and e-Commerce-focused digital marketing strategies. - Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis. - Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation. - Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.Nice to haves:- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics - High proficiency in relevant tools, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics.
