The Office Manager will support the Founder in coordinating key projects, managing schedules, handling communications, and driving strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient workflow within the founder's office. The role may also involve extensive on field presence to design and implement new projects. 1️⃣ Founder Productivity & Calendar Management • Design and manage CEO calendar structure • Prioritize meetings based on strategic impact • Prepare pre-meeting briefs • Track post-meeting action points2️⃣ CSR & Strategic Pipeline Tracking • Maintain donor pipeline dashboard • Follow up on proposals, site visits, commitments • Track deadlines and documentation3️⃣ Operations Coordination (And operational execution too whenever necessary) • Ensure Ops Head, Medical teams, and Admin are aligned • Escalate issues early • Track compliance timelines4️⃣ Founder Communication • Draft emails, pitch notes, LinkedIn posts • Coordinate media and interview scheduling • Prepare short briefing notes before public events5️⃣ Governance & Systems • Assist in Advisory Board formation • Prepare MIS dashboards • Maintain performance scorecardsQualifications Organizational and administrative skills for scheduling, documentation, and office management Strong communication skills for stakeholder management, correspondence, and report preparation Strategic and analytical thinking to assist in planning and executing foundation programs Adaptability and multitasking abilities to manage various simultaneous responsibilities Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Office, email applications, and virtual meeting platforms Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment Experience in the non-profit sector or healthcare industry is a plus Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
