This role involves close collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams to build and scale high-impact products.The ideal candidate is technically strong, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and integrate robotic systems (hardware and software)Develop algorithms for perception, localization, motion planning, and controlWork with sensor systems including LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, and GPSBuild and maintain robotic applications using ROS / ROS2Implement and optimize AI/ML models for real-time decision-makingConduct simulation, testing, and performance validation (e.g., Gazebo, Isaac Sim)Troubleshoot system issues and improve reliability in real-world deploymentsCollaborate effectively within a distributed remote teamQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field1–4 years of relevant experience or strong project-based experienceProficiency in Python and/or C++Hands-on experience with ROS / ROS2Strong understanding of control systems, kinematics, and motion planningFamiliarity with computer vision or deep learning frameworks is preferredAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with autonomous systems such as drones, AMRs, or robotic manipulatorsKnowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, or reinforcement learningExperience deploying robotic systems in production environmentsContributions to open-source robotics projects
