This role will play a key part in creating compelling visual assets across digital, print, and web platforms, helping communicate our brand story and product value to audiences in the US, Canada, and other global markets.The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, hands-on expertise with industry-standard design tools, and working knowledge of WordPress. Our solutions span healthcare software, AI-driven platforms, and cloud-based technologies used across North America and beyond.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreative & Graphic Design• Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print mediums, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, infographics, and email campaigns.• Create marketing and branding materials that align with Cancard and Advaa Health brand guidelines.• Develop engaging visuals for websites, landing pages, and product marketing initiatives.Digital & Web Design• Design web graphics, UI elements, icons, and visual components for company websites and web applications.• Support basic UI layouts and visual enhancements in collaboration with developers and product teams.• Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across devices.WordPress Design & Content Support• Work with WordPress themes and page builders to design and update website pages.• Create and upload visual content (banners, featured images, icons, page sections) within WordPress.• Coordinate with developers to ensure design consistency and visual quality across WordPress-based websites.Brand Consistency & Visual Standards• Maintain consistent visual identity across all touchpoints—digital, print, and web.• Help evolve and refine brand guidelines as needed.• Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all design deliverables.Collaboration & Communication• Work closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams to translate requirements into creative outputs.• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.Continuous Improvement• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.• Proactively suggest creative ideas and visual improvements to enhance brand presence and engagement.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust-Have Skills• 7+ years of proven experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer, preferably in an Ad / Design Agency.• Expert level hands on knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva.• Strong working knowledge of WordPress, including page design and content updates for website development.• Strong foundational understanding of AI tools / apps used for design and video editing.• Expert level knowledge of video editing tools to develop videos for product overview as well as promotional videos for social media and other digital marketing.• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.• Experience designing for both digital and print media.Preferred / Additional Skills• Basic understanding of UI design principles for web and mobile.• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).• Experience working with marketing or healthcare-related brands is an advantage.• Strong time-management and organizational skills.WHAT WE OFFER• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Flexible working hours.• A creative, collaborative, and supportive work environment.• Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.• The chance to work on meaningful projects that positively impact healthcare.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your resume, cover letter, and design portfolio/work samples to [email protected] your cover letter, briefly explain your design experience, tools expertise, and why you are interested in working with Cancard Inc and Advaa Health.We thank all applicants for their interest.
