The brand is expanding its retail presence with well-designed and customer-friendly store environments.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Civil Project Engineer to manage end-to-end store setup projects. The role involves planning, designing, and executing retail store interiors while ensuring brand standards and timelines are met from concept to store launch.KEY RESPONSIBILITY- Plan and execute retail store interior projects from initial concept to store opening - Develop and review store layout, design concepts, and themes as per brand guidelines - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines - Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and store aesthetics - Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and project plans - Utilize design and project management software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) - Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution - Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completionREQURIMENTS- Min1 to 7 years of experience in interior projects / civil or retail fit-outs - Knowledge of interior design concepts and materials - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools - Strong project coordination and vendor management skills - Willingness to travel and handle multiple sites - Good communication and problem-solving skillsSALARY &BENIFITS- Competitive salary based on experience - Accommodation provided & Travel expenses provided - Opportunity to work on retail expansion projects
