The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a passion for improving organic visibility, search rankings, and overall website performance.Key Responsibilities 1. On-Page SEO Conduct keyword research and mapping for website pages and blog content Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and on-page content Ensure proper internal linking and SEO-friendly URL structures Collaborate with the content team to develop optimized, high-quality content 2. Off-Page SEO Execute link-building strategies such as guest posting, outreach, and directory submissions Monitor backlink profiles and identify/remove toxic links Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings 3. Technical SEO Perform regular website audits to identify and fix SEO issues Improve website speed, mobile usability, and crawlability Manage indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console for insights Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable improvements 5.
