We believe in responsible lending, backed by robust credit practices and risk management.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and analytical Cluster Credit Manager to oversee credit operations across multiple branches in the Hisar cluster. This role requires strong TVR (Tele Verification & Reference) skills, in-depth risk analysis experience, and solid understanding of property evaluation and business financials. The ideal candidate will ensure credit quality while supporting business growth with sound judgment and efficient decision-making.Key Responsibilities:- Credit Evaluation: Assess credit proposals for HL, LAP & IL from multiple branches, ensuring alignment with internal risk policies. - Risk Assessment: Analyze borrower profiles, repayment capacity, financial strength, and overall creditworthiness, balancing risk and business objectives. - TVR & Field Validation: Review tele-verification findings, conduct detailed reference checks, and coordinate for field verifications where required. - Legal & Technical Evaluation: Scrutinize property documents, legal reports, valuation reports, and ensure the property is acceptable as per policy. - Business & Financial Analysis: Analyze customer financials such as ITRs, balance sheets, P&L statements (especially in LAP cases), to assess stability and income reliability. - Portfolio Quality: Monitor approval quality, track early delinquencies, and maintain control over NPAs across the cluster. - Coordination & Training: Work closely with branch credit teams and sales to ensure quality sourcing and provide credit-related training. - Process Oversight: Supervise end-to-end credit operations for the cluster—ensuring TAT, documentation accuracy, and policy adherence.Key Requirements:- Minimum 5-6 years of credit experience in NBFC/BFSI handling HL, LAP, or IL. - Strong knowledge of credit policy, risk frameworks, and compliance norms. - Experience in analyzing property-related legal & valuation reports. - In-depth understanding of business financials, especially for LAP customers. - Excellent TVR and fraud detection skills to ensure robust file assessment. - Ability to guide, support, and handhold branch credit teams. - Strong decision-making, communication, and analytical skills. - Tech-savvy with working knowledge of credit systems and MS Excel.Preferred Qualification:- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance is highly desirable.Why Join Premium Finlease Pvt.
