With a focus on natural ingredients and straightforward products, Ghar Soaps aims to enhance the skin care experience for customers.We are a fast-growing D2C company looking to onboard a Junior Company Secretary / Legal Executive. This role is ideal for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1–3 years of experience who wants hands-on exposure across company secretarial compliances, legal documentation, and intellectual property coordination in a startup environment.Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Head to lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance processes across raw materials, production, packaging, and finished goods. The role requires ensuring that all products meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG /Beauty & Personal Care / Manufacturing environments, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.Key ResponsibiltiesQuality Management & Control · Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and SOPs. · Ensure quality checks at all stages: raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. · Monitor product quality and take corrective actions where required. · Establish quality benchmarks and continuous improvement processes.2.Regulatory Compliance · Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, ISO, etc.). · Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness. · Handle internal and external quality audits.3.Vendor & Raw Material Qualit · Approve and audit vendors based on quality standards. · Ensure incoming raw materials meet required specifications. · Work closely with procurement for vendor quality improvement.4.Production & Process Quality · Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality during manufacturing. · Identify process gaps and implement quality improvements. · Monitor batch quality and ensure consistency across production.5 Packaging Quality Control · Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards. · Monitor packaging processes to avoid defects and damages. · Conduct packaging QC checks and approvals.6 Customer Complaints & CAPA · Handle product complaints and investigate root causes. · Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). · Ensure closure of quality issues with proper documentation.7 Team Management · Lead and manage the QA/QC team. · Train team members on quality standards and processes. · Drive accountability and performance within the team.8 Documentation & Reporting · Maintain all quality-related documentation and reports. · Prepare MIS and present quality reports to leadership. · Track KPIs such as defect rates, returns, and complaints.Required Qualifications & Experience · 08-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control. · Experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Cosmetics / Manufacturing. · Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and quality systems. · Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance. · Strong leadership and team management skills.Key Skills · Quality assurance & control · Regulatory compliance · Process improvement · Root cause analysis (RCA) · CAPA implementation · Team leadership · Attention to detail
