Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to handle end-to-end university operations. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing student engagement, and ensuring seamless execution of academic and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations for university programs, ensuring smooth execution. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and university stakeholders. Oversee student lifecycle management, including onboarding, engagement, and support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Monitor operational performance and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with institutional and organizational standards. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in client management and stakeholder handling. Experience in student management or academic operations. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Eligibility Criteria Education:Graduate in any discipline Overall Experience:Minimum 5 years Industry Experience:At least 2 years in a relevant field Language Requirements Proficiency in English (mandatory) Additional languages: Hindi and Odia
