Job Summary The Verint Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Verint Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) / Customer Engagement solutions. The role involves working closely with business, IT, and operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and compliant Verint platform operations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Verint applications (WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Recording, Performance Management). Support Verint platform integrations with telephony systems (BT IPtrade, Cisco, Genesys) and enterprise applications. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Verint environments. Manage Verint application patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades. Work with vendors and Verint support for advanced issue resolution. Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, and data retention requirements. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands on experience with Verint WEM / Verint Enterprise / Verint Cloud. Strong experience in at least one Verint module: Workforce Management (WFM) Quality Management (QM) Call Recording Speech & Text Analytics Good understanding of contact center technologies. Experience with Windows. Knowledge of MS SQL Experience with Web Services. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
