This role ensures high quality, color accuracy, maximum productivity, and on-time delivery while leading a skilled team on the shop floor.Reporting To - Plant / Production Head Location - Manufacturing PlantExperience - 5 – 10 YearsJob Type - Full-Time / Permanent1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Production ManagementPlan and execute daily and weekly production schedules.Handle multi-color (10–20 color) decal jobs efficiently.Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize downtime.Coordinate production planning across different plants.B. Printing Process ControlSupervise all critical printing processes:Screen preparation and exposureInk mixing and shade matchingPrinting sequence (color-to-color alignment)Ensure proper execution of:Registration accuracyLayer thickness controlDrying and curing processC. Color ManagementAchieve accurate Pantone and master sample matching.Control shade variation across production batches.Maintain standard ink recipes for brands such as Scopa, Sunny, EPTA, Sericol, etc.D. Quality AssuranceMonitor and control defects including:Pinholes and bubblingMisregistrationInk spreading and smudgingPeelable issues and butter paper marksImplement inline and final inspection systems.Ensure compliance with customer standards, especially for export brands.E.
