Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on the Thiruvananthapuram and Kerala talent market, including skill availability, competition, and compensation trends.Own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring plans with business growth and workforce planning.Partner with C-suite leaders and business heads to translate business objectives into scalable hiring strategies.Lead large-scale and complex hiring initiatives across levels, ensuring high-quality delivery, speed, and governance.Build and drive proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles using innovative sourcing strategies.Bring strong understanding of the Trivandrum IT ecosystem to enhance hiring effectiveness.Drive innovation in recruitment, including new sourcing channels, digital tools, and assessment methodologies.Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and improve decision-making.Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a consultative and performance-driven culture.Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, vendors, and recruitment agencies.Influence and enhance employer branding to position the organization as a preferred employer in the region.Engage with clients (where applicable) to support workforce planning, hiring commitments, and delivery confidence.Act as a trusted escalation point for critical hiring challenges and drive resolution with a business-first approach.Required Qualifications15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment LeadershipProven experience operating at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and business leadersStrong knowledge of the Thiruvananthapuram hiring marketDemonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex hiring environmentsExperience in IT services, GCC, or consulting organizations preferredShare CV to
