This role is ideal for someone currently operating as a Group Copy Head, Senior Copy Lead, or Creative Lead, ready to shape campaigns, mentor talent, and drive creative excellence across brands.You will lead copy and creative teams to deliver innovative, culturally relevant, and business-impacting campaigns across digital, social, content, and integrated platforms for leading brands.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative LeadershipLead and inspire a team of copywriters and creatives to produce outstanding, award-worthy work.Own creative output across multiple brands, ensuring high standards of craft and originality.Drive the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, film, and emerging platforms.Ensure ideas are platform-first, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand strategy.Campaign DevelopmentLead creative thinking from brief to execution across key campaigns and brand initiatives.Develop breakthrough campaign platforms, big ideas, and creative territories.Collaborate closely with art, design, strategy, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.Present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and clients.Team Management & MentorshipManage, mentor, and develop high-performing copy and creative teams.Provide constructive feedback to improve craft and conceptual thinking.Build a strong creative culture that encourages experimentation and excellence.Ensure efficient workload management and team productivity.Strategic & Brand OwnershipPartner with strategy teams to translate brand and business objectives into compelling creative solutions.Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all brand touchpoints.Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.Required Qualifications & Experience6–9 years of copy experience in digital-first or integrated advertising agencies.Proven experience managing and leading large copy or creative teams.Strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning or award-worthy work.Demonstrated experience leading campaigns for large, well-known brands.Expertise across digital, social, integrated, and content-led campaigns.Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience working on national or global brands.Recognition at major award shows (Cannes Lions, One Show, Spikes Asia, Kyoorius, Effies, D&AD, etc.).Experience leading integrated brand platforms and large-scale campaigns.Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives.Key SkillsCreative leadershipCopywriting excellenceCampaign ideation and executionTeam management and mentoringIntegrated thinkingBrand storytellingPresentation and client managementStrategic thinkingSuccess in This Role Looks LikeDelivering breakthrough campaigns that drive brand impact and recognition.Building and mentoring high-performing creative teams.Producing award-worthy creative work consistently.Elevating overall creative standards across the agency.Please share updated cv and portfolio to
