The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure migration of data from legacy systems to D365 F&O.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute data migration strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsAnalyze source systems and legacy data, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformationDesign and develop data migration frameworks, mapping documents, and reconciliation reportsDevelop and maintain data migration tools, scripts, and packages using:X++DMF (Data Management Framework)SQL ServerAzure Data Factory / LCS (preferred)Perform trial migrations, mock runs, and Final Cutover activitiesEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout migration phasesCollaborate with Functional Consultants to understand business and data requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve data migration issues and performance bottlenecksPrepare technical documentation, migration logs, and post-migration validation reportsSupport UAT and Go-Live phases related to data migrationFollow best practices for Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementation standards
