The Accountant will handle core financial operations, including managing financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory standards. The role also encompasses tasks such as preparing budgets, reconciling accounts, monitoring expenses, and assisting with audits. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for driving company growth and efficiency.Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software, bookkeeping, and financial reporting A solid understanding of budgeting, accounts reconciliation, and financial analysis Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and general ledger management Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or similar is preferred Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
