Role SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned product marketing professional to drive post-install growth, engagement, and retention across our portfolio of Android apps. The incumbent will sit within the business team and act as a bridge between growth, product, analytics, and design.The ideal candidate understands how to grow consumer mobile apps after install by improving onboarding, activation, habit formation, messaging and feature adoption. They should be highly analytical, deeply curious about user behavior and competitors, and comfortable turning insights into testable product and growth initiatives.This role is highly cross-functional. Lead experimentation and optimizationDesign and prioritize A/B tests across onboarding flows, messaging, UI treatments, paywalls or monetization surfaces, and engagement loopsWork with analytics, product, and engineering teams to define experiment logic, success metrics, and rollout plansInterpret test results and translate them into clear recommendations and follow-up actions.3.
