At FUME, we’ve helped 10000+ clients transform their health through our programs.We are looking for closers who have a strong foundation in sales and are ready to handle meaningful client conversations, taking ownership of conversations and converting inbound leads into committed clients.This role is best suited for individuals who are driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented— not those looking for a fixed-salary comfort role. Role Description:• Handle pre-qualified inbound leads • Conduct Phone/Zoom-based consultative sales calls• Understand client health challenges and guide them toward the right program• Work with high-intent, pre-qualified leads (not random traffic)• Work closely with senior closers• Continuously refine your approach through real conversations and feedbackWho this is for:• You have some closing experience (not just calling)• You are comfortable speaking with clients in India and abroad (English & Hindi)• You can take calls based on client timings• You are hungry to grow and willing to perform for itCompensation:• Performance-driven (commission-first structure)• Structured path to fixed + commission after proving performance• Top performers are already earning ₹1L–₹2L+/month (uncapped)
