VRO's AI - speaks like a trusted BRO who makes things easier, smarter, and more relevant without trying too hard to everyday men navigating work, fitness, grooming, style, and well LIFE>>>. Role Overview:You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to plan & strategise content, manage social media calendars, support influencer collaborations, and help execute brand IPs, events, and campaigns.This is not just a planning role - it’s about making things happen on time. What You’ll Do:Craft social media strategies for VRO’s social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & XCreate content calendar across platforms & manage postingCraft & Manage campaigns on META Ads & Google Ads (Understanding of SEO &targeting)Manage Influencer collaborations (barter+paid)Assist the Marketing lead in execution of episodic content, brand events, IPs & partnershipsTrack & maintain content performance reports for real time content optimisations Bonus if have on-camera comfort (vox-pop, casual interviews, conversations) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related fieldExperience in managing social media in men’s fashion, grooming, fitness, lifestyle brands OR have worked with an Agency/ Ecom marketplace.Managed content & build strategy for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & XExperience creating lifestyle or culture-led content, Meme marketingStrong communication & negotiation skillsBonus if you like experimenting with AI toolsBonus if you create content for your own page (send us links)Tools You Might Use Notion, Hootsuite (or alternative), Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite for posting, META Ads Manager, basic analytics tools, AI Tools, Canva/Adobe photoshop, etc(We care more about output than tools.) You'll fit right in if:you’re Gen-Z at heart (energy > ego)you have strong cultural judgementyou want ownership, not instructionsyou care about building something from Day 0You’ll work closely with founders and marketing leadership.You won’t be “managing posts.” You’ll be building a brand.If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
