Title: iTrain Trainer Location: Thrissur, Kochi, Kannur, and Kottayam (Kerala); Surat (Gujarat); Mysore (Karnataka); Chennai and Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu); Pondicherry; Faridabad (Haryana); Indore (Madhya Pradesh) Job Type: Full-time Industry: Paint / Building Materials Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Training Head Summary: Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like painters, contractors, architects, shop boys, dealers, employees, etc. The key task of this role is to train different business stakeholders about paints, application processes, mechanized tools, waterproofing, etc. The job requires travel for up to 15 days in a month.This multinational company was founded in 1923 and is headquartered in Kolkata. The company has 16 manufacturing units in India and a presence in five countries – India, Russia, Poland, Nepal, and Bangladesh. They have an employee strength of over 3,600 and a countrywide distribution network of 25,000+ dealers. Responsibilities: Planning and conducting training as per the monthly plan. The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants. Attending complaints at customer sites. Prepare product panels, mobilize trainees, and handle new assignments as needed. Requirements / Qualifications: 1 year of working experience. Communication skills: Must be a good communicator and have the ability to handle teams, training, and meetings. Language (Read + Write + Speak): Local language required along with Hindi and English. Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, or business development in the paints and building materials industry is an added advantage. Preference for candidates from paint companies / painting services companies / building materials such as Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Indigo, Akzo, AapkaPainter, Cement, Electricals, Pipes, or Hardware. Ready to travel.
