Job Description Parsley Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment team and drive revenue growth for the organization. The role involves managing a team of recruiters, handling key client requirements, and acquiring new clients, primarily within the automobile industry . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and revenue targets. Generate revenue through the successful closure of recruitment mandates. Develop and onboard new clients, especially in the automobile sector . Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client requirements. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality service delivery. Track team performance and ensure monthly billing targets are achieved.
