Lead functional teams responsible for: -Control algorithmsforSolar, Wind, Hybrid, BESSandmicrogridapplications -SCADA&plant automation systems -Energy managementandoptimization software -Performance analytic s andpredictive maintenance platforms Oversee full software development lifecycle ( SDLC ), includingarchitecture design, coding standards, QA, cybersecurity, DevOps, and release management. Guide development ofreal-time plant control system s andadvanced power plant controllers. Ensurecompliancewithgrid codesandregulatory standardsacrossIndia, ME, and CIS. Overseesystem integration ,commissioning , andfield deploymentactivities. Providetechnical oversightduringFAT ,SAT , andcommissioningphasesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Power Systems, Computer Science, 15+ yearsof experience inrenewable energy, power systems automation, or industrial software development. 8+ years in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, etc.). Strong experience inrenewable plant control systems (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS).
