Role Overview As an Assistant Manager – Business Development, you will be the face of Ivy Homes for property sellers. This is a high-impact, field-driven role where you will drive conversations, build trust, and close deals. You will work at the intersection of sales, data insights, and on-ground execution, playing a key role in scaling our Mumbai operations. Key Responsibilities Seller Acquisition and Engagement • Conduct cold and warm outreach to property sellers • Clearly communicate Ivy Homes’ value proposition • Build strong relationships and establish trust with clients Property Evaluation and Field Work • Prepare for interactions using CRM data and market insights • Visit properties across Mumbai for on-ground assessment • Set accurate expectations with sellers Deal Closure • Work closely with managers to negotiate and close transactions • Drive conversions from site visits to successful deals Performance and Targets • Own and achieve conversion and revenue targets • Continuously improve performance through data-driven insights Channel Partner Development • Build and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners • Unlock new supply channels and expand deal pipeline What We’re Looking For Experience • Minimum 1+ year experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development Skills and Competencies • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus • Good understanding of Mumbai geography and real estate market • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Mindset • Highly target-driven and result-oriented • Go-getter attitude with ownership mindset • Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel within Mumbai • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced startup What You’ll Gain • High-growth environment with direct exposure to leadership • Opportunity to build strong sales and negotiation expertise • Performance-driven incentives with uncapped earning potential • A chance to be part of a category-defining PropTech startup Additional Details • Location: Mumbai (Preference: Western Line) • Role Type: Field and sales-driven • Industry: Real Estate / PropTech
