In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales teams through high-impact training programs, content organization, and streamlined onboarding processes.You will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions in records management and digital transformation, serving as a pivotal bridge between our global strategy and local India market execution.What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Responsibility 1:Deliver and maintain comprehensive sales onboarding and training programs, both virtual and in-person, to ensure new team members are equipped with critical resources and knowledge. Responsibility 2:Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Global Enablement partners to co-create value-based messaging and execute specialized Inside Sales outreach frameworks that accelerate pipeline generation. Responsibility 3:Ensure compliance with organizational standards by monitoring enablement initiatives through data-driven insights and implementing continuous improvements to institutionalize best practices.What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 2-5+ yearsof experience inBusiness-to-Business (B2B)sales or sales enablement, specifically within the India market. Strong knowledgeof consultative and outcome-based selling skills, including experience with high-velocity prospecting tools and lead qualification frameworks. Proven abilityin project management and public speaking, with a demonstrated talent for building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
