We are hiring Technical Sales Specialists for multiple locations!Locations: Ahmedabad Bhopal GuwahatiOpenings: 3Primary Role : The incumbent is responsible for the promotion and sales of Molecular Biology reagents/kits for PCR & RT PCR, Nucleic acid extraction, protein purification, Cloning and NGS, etc. This role requires a self-driven individual with customer centric approach who possesses good technical expertise and excellent selling skills. The ideal candidate ensures achieving profits and revenue growth in the territory assigned.Responsibilities: Achieving and exceeding sales targets for assigned territory. Provide pre and post-sales support to customers keeping customer satisfaction a priority Provide technical support as and when required to customers of assigned territory Develop more business within assigned territory and clients Manage Key Accounts and work closely with channel partners to achieve sales and profitability target Identify new key accounts, distributors, channel partners and direct trade opportunities. Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Conduct and participate in customer engagement activities Gather market and customer information and analyze the market trends to stay competitive Follow up rigorously on leads received from PMG team. Assist regional manager in sales forecasting and executing business development plans.Candidate must have: Technical acumen in the areas of molecular technologies and next-gen sequencing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proven technical, analytical, and problem–solving skills Experience in selling Reagents, Lab Consumables, and PCR/RT-PCR kits is mandatoryQualification: M.SC / M. Tech.- Biotechnology/Life Sciences PhD in Life Sciences is preferredExperience:2-6 yearsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven research skills are preferred. Strong understanding of biotech trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
