Manager II - Deputy Cluster Manager DH Operations DepartmentNo lengthy intro here, let’s get straight to the details, Zepto speed.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver : ●Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 8 - 12 dark stores, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to dispatch. ● Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch processes with strict adherence to SLAs. ●Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics. ●Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms, audits, and loss-prevention initiatives. ● Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes while standardizing SOPs across all nodes. ●Lead Store Managers and large ground teams, ensuring manpower alignment across throughput demands and extended-hour store formats. ●Continuously improve throughput, reduce shrinkage and damages, and drive cost efficiencies across the cluster. ●Own operational performance reviews through structured dashboards, governance cadence, and metric-driven accountability.Are you who we're searching for ●Qualification: Graduation, MBA preferred (Operations/Supply Chain) or equivalent experience ●Experience: 3–6+ years in warehouse/dark store/fulfilment center operations with exposure to multi-site management ●Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations — inbound to dispatch ●Proven experience managing large ground teams across multiple locations ●Hands-on with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven operational reviews ●Strong execution focus with ability to operate in high-volume, high-pressure environments ●Process-oriented mindset with experience enforcing SOPs and driving accountabilitySounds like we’re talking about you?
