Learn more at Key Responsibilities: Create project charters, establish governance frameworks, identify and monitor project milestones, and highlight risks with clear mitigation plans. Responsible for timely reporting of project progress to key stakeholders, including executive level updates and dashboard preparation. Track budget and business case of a project and ensure the budget and ROI on the business case is met. Ensure adherence to ADM standards on all deliverables and maintain strong documentation discipline across project artifacts. Create comprehensive, detailed roadmaps and identify RACI for each deliverable to ensure clarity in ownership and accountability. Highlight opportunities for standardization and provide recommendations to improve project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models as appropriate). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive measurable efficiency outcomes and decision making. Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure stakeholder prioritization and engagement. Drive governance of the projects and facilitate Steering Committee Meetings where appropriate. Manage change impacts, assist with change adoption activities, and support communication plans where applicable. Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and delivering performance in complex organizations with measurable impact on process efficiency or cost optimization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field such as Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent work experience preferred. CA/ CMA/ ACCA/ MBA Finance qualifications are preferred PMP/ Scrum or relevant certification is preferred (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus). Minimum of 5 to 8 years in similar roles, preferably in a Global Delivery Center/ GCC environment with exposure to finance processes such as Record to Report, FP&A, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash. Ability to adapt to rapid and emerging changes in the business and technological environment, including working with digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work with diverse teams, highlight risks, and deliver set goals while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skill in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to implement changes and drive consensus across geographies. Focus on achieving set goals and objectives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through structured prioritization and disciplined execution. Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
