Supply Chain leadership role with a fast-growing FMCG Organisation Opportunity to lead the Supply Chain operations for a Greenfield Project About Our Client We are partnering with a fast-growing global food processing organisation setting up and expanding its integrated manufacturing operations in India. The company is scaling toward a major multi‑hundred‑crore expansion and is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to build, lead, and optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain ecosystem. Job Description Lead supply chain operations covering Agro Supply, Procurement (RM/PM), Warehouse & Logistics, and S&OP. Develop resilient and cost-efficient supply chain strategies aligned with business growth. Oversee agri procurement, farmer network alignment, sourcing strategy, and commercial management. Manage end-to-end buying and supply planning for major agricultural raw materials. Lead Raw Material & Packaging sourcing, vendor development, and cost optimisation initiatives. Support the commissioning of a new production line (installation to SOP readiness). Inventory planning (RM/PM/WIP/FG), warehouse readiness, vehicle planning, and end‑to‑end supply chain preparedness. Manage both in‑house and 3PL warehouse operations. The Successful Applicant 10-15 years of progressive supply chain experience in Food Processing / FMCG / Agri / Frozen Foods. Exposure to agro supply chains, factory SCM, planning, logistics, and procurement. Experience in greenfield setups or scale-up environments preferred. Strong operations mindset with the ability to work in an evolving, agile organisation. Educational background is flexible; experience in the food sector is mandatory.
