This role demands strong operational control, process discipline, and efficiency-driven execution, with active involvement in day-to-day business functions and coordination across multiple units.Key Responsibilities * Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple divisions * Ensure effective coordination between production, procurement, inventory, logistics, and sales * Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured, practical improvements * Drive cost optimization, improve resource utilization, and reduce operational inefficiencies * Monitor inventory planning, stock movement, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery * Establish and enforce process discipline across locations * Lead and manage operations teams, ensuring accountability and timely execution * Track key operational metrics and support management with actionable insights * Ensure effective ERP utilization and maintain accuracy and consistency of operational dataKey Focus Areas * Operational efficiency and productivity improvement * Cost control and wastage reduction * Inventory management and stock accuracy * Supply chain coordination and delivery timelines * Process implementation and adherence * Real-time issue resolution and execution disciplineCandidate Profile * 5–7 years of relevant experience in operations * Experience in manufacturing, trading, or supply chain environments * Proven ability to manage operations at a hands-on, execution level * Strong problem-solving ability with a practical approach * Ability to manage multiple functions and locations effectivelyQualification * Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / Management preferred) * MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management is preferred but not mandatoryKey Competencies * Execution-focused mindset with strong ownership * Practical understanding of operational workflows and ground-level challenges * Ability to take quick decisions and resolve issues effectively * Strong coordination and team management skills * Good commercial awareness and cost sensitivityKey Consideration This role is best suited for candidates with strong practical exposure and proven execution capability, rather than purely theoretical or advisory backgrounds.Interested candidates may apply
