Role Purpose -Assist in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational development initiatives. This role also involves creative content creation for training materials and digital learning assets.Key Responsibilities -- Develop and update learning materials (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids) with a creative approach. - Coordinate logistics for training sessions (virtual and in-person). - Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS); track learner progress and generate reports. - Collect feedback and analyze training effectiveness; recommend improvements. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. - Research emerging learning trends, tools, and technologies to improve programs. - Create visually appealing and interactive content for digital learning platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications -****Education:- Preferred: MBA in HR, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development. - Acceptable: B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related fields. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Creative mindset with ability to design engaging learning content. - Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Familiarity with MS Office and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, video editing tools) is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.****Preferred Experience- Internship or 0–2 years in L&D, training, or HR. - Exposure to LMS platforms and virtual training tools. - Experience in graphic design or multimedia content creation is an advantage.
