Role Summary The Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction for Aurolab’s product portfolio. The role requires strong market understanding, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to align product performance with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Business Results Own product planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle. Collaborate with Production, Sales, Marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Ensure product alignment with overall company strategy and business objectives.Product Strategy Identify customer needs through market research, field insights, and data analysis. Develop in-depth market knowledge including market size, share, customer segments, preferences, and behavior. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap. Analyze competitors and position products effectively in the market. Develop clear product positioning, value proposition, and messaging. Set pricing strategies (ASP, market-specific pricing) to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Deliver accurate monthly revenue forecasts. Develop sales tools and conduct regular training programs for the sales team.Operations & Execution Develop deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps and opportunities. Drive new product development initiatives and improvements to existing products. Lead product launch activities ensuring faster time-to-market in coordination with production teams. Plan and execute product-specific marketing initiatives such as campaigns, CMEs, RTDs, and promotional activities. Provide rolling forecasts to production for efficient supply planning and optimal lead times. Evaluate promotional strategies to ensure consistency with product positioning and effectiveness of communication.Stakeholder & Market Engagement Engage with customers, KOLs, and distributors to gather feedback and strengthen relationships. Represent the organization through customer visits, conferences, and industry interactions. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products and market segments.Required Candidate Profile Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent) MBA in Marketing (Preferred)Experience 10–15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Devices industry Prior experience in product management is highly preferredKey Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing principles Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability Market research and competitive analysis expertise Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple products and priorities
