Job Title:Procurement Manager – Solar PV Modules Department:Procurement / Supply Chain Industry:Renewable Energy – Solar PV Manufacturing Location:Corporate Office, Jaipur Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong exposure to the solar PV module manufacturing industry. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and services required for module production, while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing Manage procurement of key solar module components such as cells, glass, EVA, backsheet, frames, junction boxes, and consumables Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with production and business requirements Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable domestic and international suppliers Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and OEMs Conduct supplier performance evaluations (quality, cost, delivery) Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements Cost Optimization Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and alternate vendor development Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for uninterrupted material availability Optimize inventory levels and ensure alignment with production schedules Compliance & Risk Management Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Manage contracts, purchase orders, and documentation Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including import-related challenges Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred) 8–15 years of experience in procurement Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Solar PV Module Manufacturing Industry.
