This Agronomy Internship offers hands-on exposure to real farm conditions, working directly with farmers, drone teams, and crop data.This is a field-intensive, learning-first role designed for candidates who want practical experience in agronomy, precision agriculture, and agritech operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPre & Post Spray Support- Assist in assessing crop condition before spraying - Support post-spray observation and effectiveness analysis - Work closely with drone teams on crop-specific spraying inputsCrop Monitoring & NDVI- Support field data collection and crop health monitoring - Assist in interpreting NDVI and other crop health indicators - Document observations and basic reportsFarmer Interaction- Engage with farmers during field visits and demonstrations - Help explain agronomic practices and service benefits - Support onboarding and coordination during operationsField Marketing Support- Assist in conducting on-ground demonstrations and awareness activities - Support local outreach and farmer engagement initiativesAgronomy Learning & Field Exposure- Learn crop cycles, pest/disease identification, and spray protocols - Observe and support precision agriculture practices - Work on real-world agritech deploymentsWhat You Will Learn- Practical agronomy in real farm environments - Drone-based precision spraying workflows - Crop monitoring using NDVI and field data - Farmer behavior, adoption, and field operations - Basics of agritech platforms and traceabilityEligibility- Students or graduates in BSc / MSc Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields - Strong interest in fieldwork and applied agriculture - Willingness to relocate to Mysore / Mandya region - Comfortable working outdoors and traveling frequently - Basic understanding of crops and farming practicesWhat We Offer- ₹10,000/month stipend - Free food & accommodation - Hands-on field experience with real farmers - Exposure to drones, NDVI, and agritech tools - Internship Certificate & Recommendation Letter - Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performanceIdeal Candidate- Curious and eager to learn - Comfortable with field conditions - Good communication skills (Kannada preferred) - Passionate about agriculture and technologyNoteThis is a full-time field internship requiring active on-ground participation.Work directly with farmers, drones, and crop data to build the future of agriculture.
