TheAgritech Operations Internwill support on-ground execution, coordination with farmers, and daily operational activities while gaining hands-on exposure to modern agritech systems. This internship is designed as alearning-first roleoffering real-world experience inagricultural operations, technology deployment, and rural field coordination .Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations SupportAssist in planning and executing daily drone spraying and monitoring activities Support coordination between drone pilots, fellows, and field teams Help manage schedules, locations, and on-ground logistics Farmer CoordinationAct as a point of contact for farmers during field operations Support farmer onboarding, demonstrations, and awareness sessions Communicate service details and safety instructions clearly Data & ReportingCollect basic field data (crop type, acreage, spray details) Update operational records and simple reports Assist in documenting field activities and outcomes Logistics & Station SupportSupport drone station activities such as equipment handling and battery logistics Assist in inventory tracking and movement of field equipment Coordinate local transport and routing for field teams Learning & Skill DevelopmentParticipate in training on agronomy basics, drone operations, and agritech tools Observe crop monitoring and AI-based insights generation Support demonstrations and pilot programs What You Will LearnPractical agritech operations in real farm conditions Basics of precision agriculture and drone-based services Farmer engagement and rural operations management Field data collection and reporting How agritech startups operate at the grassroots level EligibilityStudents or fresh graduates from any discipline (Agriculture preferred but not mandatory) Interest in agriculture, technology, and field operations Willingness to work in rural environments and relocate if required Basic smartphone and communication skills Kannada knowledge preferred What We OfferHands-on learning and field exposure Mentorship from operations and agronomy teams Internship Certificate & Recommendation Letter Opportunity to grow into long-term roles based on performance Exposure to a fast-growing agritech startup Ideal Candidate ProfileCurious and eager to learn Comfortable working outdoors and with farmers Organized, responsible, and proactive Interested in rural development and agritech NoteThis is afixed-term internshipfocused on learning and exposure.
