Job Overview · Designing and architecting end-to-end ERP solution across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Manufacturing in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud · Liaison between business stakeholders and TCS delivery team · Own the solution design and explore the probable options for non-standard requirements · Customer communication and engagement purely from Solutioning PoV (not governance) · Change control Responsibilities Key Responsibilities · Sole custodian of the end to end ERP solution · Explaining the Public Cloud Constraints and encourage Fit to Standard solution · Discuss and plan workarounds for non-standard requirements · Undertake sessions to choose 75 RICEFW items · Weave a common standardization story across 3 LOB’s (Manufacturing, Retail & Trading), 2 countries (Ghana and Nigeria) and functional areas (FICO, MM, WM, SD, TM, QM, PP, PM) · Understand and translate business needs in SAP compatible solution within the constraints of Public Cloud (GROW with SAP) · Leverage SAP Best Practices and champion for standardization, reduced customizations · Designing the integrated solution (Integrated Application Landscape) · Review and approve the deliverables for Explore Phase · Facilitate design workshops and engage in process discussions with Business team · Guard against scope creep and review/approve the Explore phase documents – Blueprint (Signavio), BRD, Technical Spec Doc, Requirements Traceability Matrix · Research on approaching the non-standard needs, recommending probable options · Cross-Functional Integration & Governance · Moderate Requirements Discussions Meeting and help in decision-making with emphasis on minimal deviation from standard · Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by highlighting the benefits of adoption of SAP Public Cloud solution · Single point of contact for SAP solution for Project Managers and Leadership to give visibility on Solutions · Approve Test Cases, Training Documents etc. · May require short travel to Ghana during key phases Qualifications ANY DEGREE
