Role: Account Executive – Digital Role Overview As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring campaigns move seamlessly from planning to execution. Working closely with Planning, Activation, Ad Ops teams, you will help coordinate delivery, manage data and reporting, and support optimisation efforts across campaigns. This role suits someone detail-oriented, analytical, and keen to build a strong foundation in media strategy and operations.Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination & Execution Partner with Planning and Activation teams to translate strategy into executable media plans. Validate creative specifications and liaise with creative partners to ensure timely asset delivery. Assist in setting up campaigns by preparing trafficking sheets and coordinating with Ad Operations through launch. Ensure campaign details are accurately updated across internal systems. Performance Tracking & Optimisation Support Compile campaign data for reporting, analysis, and performance reviews. Support managers in identifying optimisation opportunities during live campaigns. Contribute to post-campaign analysis by consolidating results and learnings. Assist in managing A/B testing frameworks and performance experiments where required. Research & Insights Conduct market and audience research to support planning recommendations. Gather competitive and industry insights to strengthen media proposals. Stay updated on evolving digital trends, platforms, and consumer behaviour patterns. Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong working relationships with internal and external teams across agency stakeholders, publishers and client teams. Communicate clearly across levels to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. Engage with media vendors and attend knowledge sessions to expand understanding of the media ecosystem. Process & Knowledge Contribution Support the development of templates, trackers, and workflow improvements. Contribute to internal case studies and documentation of best practices. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all campaign documentation.Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or B2B program marketing. Solid understanding of paid media channels, particularly digital and social platforms. Familiarity with media buying fundamentals and vendor coordination. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and performance data. Experience working with reporting and tracking tools (GA4, Double-click manager) Proficiency in Excel and standard office tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
