The role will focus on translating consumer insights into impactful brand strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all channels including digital, e-commerce, retail, and content platforms.Key Responsibilities Lead thego-to-market strategyfor new product launches and feature rollouts, including packaging direction, pricing guidance, and launch communications. Translateconsumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysisinto actionable brand initiatives that strengthen brand positioning. Managebrand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints(website, digital platforms, retail environments, content, and e-commerce) to ensure consistency and strong brand recall. Collaborate closely withproduct, design, and marketing teamsto deliver on-brand experiences across product development, packaging, and communications. Define and monitor keybrand performance metricsincluding awareness, consideration, preference, loyalty, and NPS; measure the ROI of brand campaigns and programs. Drivecross-functional initiativessuch as CRM programs, loyalty initiatives, brand partnerships, and sponsorships using a structured project management approach. Leadmarket research and consumer testingto refine brand messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness. Act as thebrand guardian , ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Skills 5–6 years of experience inBrand Management / Marketing , preferably in thebeauty, skincare, personal care, or FMCG industry . Proven experience inproduct launches and integrated brand campaigns . Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into business and brand strategies. Experience managingmulti-channel brand communication(digital, retail, and e-commerce). Excellentstakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationskills.
