The candidate will be responsible forsite execution, quality monitoring at every stage of construction, contractor and vendor billing verification, and overall coordination at the project site.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and managedaily site construction activities . Ensurestructural work and finishing workare executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Conductquality checks at every stage of constructionto ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate withcontractors, vendors, and site stafffor smooth project execution. Verify and processcontractor and vendor billing , ensuring accuracy as per completed work. Monitorsite progress, materials, manpower, and timelines . Maintain propersite documentation, reports, and quality records . Supportproject management consultation activitiesrelated to civil construction. Ensure adherence tosafety standards and construction best practices .Required Skills: Prior experience in civil construction, structural works, and finishing works. Practical exposure to contractor and vendor billing processes and verification. Excellent managerial and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple site activities and teams efficiently. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed college or university.Experience: 2 – 3 Years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Project Management Consultation (PMC) projects will be preferred. Ability to handle site execution independently with strong leadership skills. Good communication and reporting abilities.
