Job Description Job Title: Concur Specialist Location: Gurgaon, India Job type: Full time Reports To: Dustin Hau (Manager – Global Accounts Payable & Shared Services) Role Overview Trek Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Shared Financial Services Executive to support and enhance our corporate card and expense reimbursement processes as part of the India Shared Services team. The role focuses on administration of the global Travel and Entertainment (T&E) corporate card program and Concur platform, working closely with teams across North America, EMEA and APAC. Key Responsibilities Administer Concur T&E and corporate cards for the global program. Concur – account maintenance, internal queries. Reporting – distributing reports for payroll, accounting, employee tracking. Review of cash reimbursements, reconciling to bank, validating receipts. Ordering and employee guidance on setup of physical credit cards. Management and reporting on virtual, ghost and international cards. Manage card changes and deactivations. Align cardholder data in Concur with ERP System (JD Edwards) and HRIS (Workday). Reconcile to bank and BoA reports. Validate and process Concur expense reports and reimbursements for policy and coding. Support accounting review of GL coding, VAT/tax treatment and department allocations on Concur expense reports and corporate card transactions. Prepare T&E/card payment files; support payment runs and month-end accruals. Troubleshoot cardholder issues and provide real-time support to internal cardholders. Serve as primary contact for Concur including management of support tickets. Create and update SOPs, train users and continuous improvement mindset for T&E. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (), CA Inter or MBA in Finance. 4–6 years of finance experience including T&E, corporate cards and/or AP shared services. Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and corporate card programs. Experience with ERP and HRIS systems such as JD Edwards and Workday, respectively. Strong accounting skills with the ability to evaluate GL coding, VAT/tax codes, and expense classifications for accuracy and reasonableness. Experience reviewing VAT/tax treatment on expenses in a global or multi‑country environment Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong customer-service mindset. High attention to detail, analytical skills and strong organization and time management. Strong Excel skills (e.g. XLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Simple Data Tables). Comfortable working in the India Shared Services hybrid model and European-aligned hours to support global teams.
