Job Description

Responsibilities: Sales Ensure Region attain monthly sales targets (Level 3). Ensure outlets attain monthly sales targets (Level 3). Ensure outlets attain daily sales targets. Coordinate with Store Manager on Store day-to-day operations. Product and Process knowledge. Staffing Maintain adequate staffing for operational outlets. Hiring of sales team for new outlets. Monitoring and evaluation of sales team. Inventory Ensure that the store maintain adequate stock requirements. Ensure the system stock and physical stock at the store are the same. Process Adherence Evaluate adherence to SOP of sales team Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing. Ensure compliance to all company policy Customer Service Manage and resolve escalations effectively. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.  Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with mall team. Manage relationships HO team. Manage relationships with sales team. Report all mall team stakeholder engagement in Sales and Marketing App. Marketing Manage and implement sales & marketing strategies. Support store managers in Sales strategy execution. Provide inputs for growing brand recall. Report all Competitor data in Market Insights. (By 5th of every month). Cross branding and promotion. Plan and execute promotional activities at outlet. Business Development Identify pipeline of potential outlets. PIP Management of employee in PIP Requirements Key Task:   ·       Sales ·       Submission of monthly visit plan (By 5th of every month) ·       Submission of Weekly field visit plan (Before Friday) ·       Monitoring store cleanliness and staff grooming. ·       Bill Reopen and Discount Approval. ·       Inventory ·       Bottle Stock Audit: Once in 2 weeks ·       Package Full Stock Audit: Once in a month. ·       Perfume Stock Audit: Once in 2 weeks. ·       For Airport ASM : All audits Once in a month. ·       Process Adherence ·       Store Evaluation - Once every month for all stores. ·       Training and Evaluation ·       Employee Evaluation: Once every quarter for all Perfume Consultants. ·       Employee Evaluation: Once every month for all Store Managers and Floating Staff. ·       Employee Evaluation: For every trainee before onboarding. ·       Co ordinate for Execution of trainings initiated from Training department. ·       Marketing o   Identify potential marketing activities every month. o   All marketing plan needs to be reported in the Sales and Marketing app.  ·       Compliance o   Monitor store camera – Daily o   Monitor staff uniform – Daily o   Execution of disciplinary measures for sales team. ·       Operation o   Monitoring of stock audit and store cash. o   Co-ordinate with BD team for store maintenance. Qualification ·       Preferably graduates with 5 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands with minimum 2 years in a team handling role. ·       Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales ·       Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.   Benefits Provident Fund Overtime allowance Medical Insurance
