Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist open to candidates based anywhere in India. The position involves assisting customers by responding to inquiries, helping resolve service-related issues, and supporting overall customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication. Responsibilities include responding to customer messages, assisting with basic technical or service-related questions, collecting and reviewing customer feedback, and working with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. The role requires strong communication abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. QualificationsStrong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an outstanding client experience. Excellent Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with customers and resolve their concerns empathetically. Knowledge of Technical Support processes and troubleshooting skills to handle various customer issues. Analytical Skills for identifying trends in customer feedback and improving service strategies. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication with the ability to work in a team environment. A detail-oriented and organized approach with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in customer service or related roles is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical software knowledge is advantageous.
