Data Science Lead – ML & Big Data Experience: 5–8 yearsKey Responsibilities* Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts* Design and develop ML models (classification, regression, clustering, forecasting)* Build and manage big data pipelines using PySpark / Spark SQL* Architect and deploy scalable ML solutions on Azure (Databricks, Azure ML, ADLS, ADF)* Manage feature engineering, model lifecycle, monitoring, and optimization* Work with business and technical teams to deliver analytical solutionsRequired Skills* Strong hands-on experience in Python, PySpark, scikit-learn, XGBoost* Experience with Azure ML ecosystem and distributed computing using Spark* Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, time series, and deep learning* Experience leading technical teams, mentoring juniors, and managing project delivery* Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
