Responsibilities: - Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements. - Taking daily round updates and escalate if any issues to the senior production team. - Handle production meeting schedules within the department and taking meeting notes. - Run the production floor according to the guidelines set out by the Production Management. - Stays abreast of issues on the floor and elevates information appropriately to the Managers/Coordinator. - Learns how to build schedules. Assists in planning. - Update trackers and track tasks daily. - Can move between teams and projects. - Work with Managers and Production to track and manage the workflow through the departments meeting internal and external deadlines. Requirements: - Highly organised, and excellent time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate exchange between departments. - Knowledge of Shotgun is mandatory. - Good in co-ordination and follow up with Team to ensure tasks are being acted upon and completed in time as per set milestones. - Should be a team player. - Open to be mentored. - Basic knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project) - Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or post-production.
