Who should apply for this role - 2+ years of design experience across Visual Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or UX Design with strong exposure to motion / video design - Experience working on video-first communication such as product explainers, marketing videos, animated case studies, social media creatives, or motion UI - Expertise with Figma and at least one of the following design tools - Photoshop or Illustrator - Working knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie, Rive or equivalent animation tools - Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, transitions, hierarchy) and how motion improves usability and storytelling - Experience designing website pages and landing pages with significant online presence - Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills - Experience collaborating with business executives, product managers and developers Roles & Responsibilities - Define design and branding guidelines for Marketing across static, interactive and motion-based outputs - Own the visual and motion language across campaigns and product marketing - Conceptualize, guide and actively design marketing material that inspires engagement and action from premium publishers, advertisers and industry leaders in AdTech. Deliverables include but are not limited to: - Landing Pages - Websites - Dashboards - Sell sheets / one-pagers - Decks / Presentation - Case Studies - Emails - Newsletters - Blogs - Downloadables like Guides and White Papers - Product videos & explainers - Animated case studies & campaign videos - Social media video creatives & motion ads - Micro-interactions and motion UI elements - Create motion systems and reusable animation patterns for brand consistency - Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate complex technical concepts into simple visual narratives through motion and storytelling - Collaborate with Business, Development & Marketing teams to achieve business goals - Design and document design specifications, style guides and motion guidelines - Apply insights from market analysis, customer feedback and site metrics into visual and motion improvements - Experience with print design (brochures, banners, event collateral, etc.) - Knowledge of social media platform creative and video guidelines
