Your key responsibilities will include: Understanding the clients’ business, priorities and leadership agenda  Co-creation with the client, articulate business transformation and drive an innovation agenda for the client  Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) a successful transformation/reinvention agenda Build long-standing, trust-based relationships  Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as the insurance industry  Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client  Grow the insurance business and insurance accounts Help originate new opportunities, drive sales, revenue and profitability Drive innovative commercial constructs and solutioning to grow the business  Delivery ownership and excellence  Qualification Professional Qualifications  In depth insurance industry knowledge and consulting experience Demonstrate sustained client relationship management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in an insurance industry role Experience of 10+ years in insurance industry, consulting, and client management experience First-class problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication.
