Job Description: Business Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with SAP expertise to support supply chain operations through data-driven insights and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain analytics, procurement, inventory, and logistics, combined with a deep understanding of SAP supply chain modules. Experience in asset-intensive industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or energy is preferred.   Responsibilities · Supply Chain Analysis o Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities across procurement, inventory, and logistics. o Translate business requirements into analytical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. · SAP Data & Process Analysis o Work extensively with SAP data (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM and related master data). o Analyze material master, vendor master, and service master data to ensure accuracy and consistency. o Support SAP reporting and data reconciliation. · Procurement & Spend Analysis o Perform procurement and spend analysis as per business requirements o Analyze purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance data. · Data Management & Reporting o Develop reports using Excel, or SAP analytics tools. o Ensure data accuracy through validation and governance · Cross-Functional Collaboration o Collaborate with multiple IT and business team across the organization. · Process Improvement o Identify opportunities to standardize and improve supply chain processes using SAP best practices. Preferred Qualifications · Experience as a Supply Chain Business Analyst. · Strong SAP MM knowledge; SD/PP/WM/EWM preferred. · Advanced Excel and SAP tool skills. · Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Experience in oil and gas industry or energy industry.
