In this role, you will be responsible for driving the franchise sales across multiple regions in India, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships with potential franchisees to expand Makoons' presence in the preschool industry.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for Makoons franchises across various regions in IndiaBuild and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, ensuring they understand the benefits of partnering with MakoonsOversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing dealsConduct market research to understand local demands and regional growth opportunitiesCoordinate with the franchise support team to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new franchise locationsAchieve sales targets and report on key performance metricsConduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective franchiseesSkills & Experience:Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the franchise or education industry (5+ years)Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing dealsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term relationships with clientsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel across assigned regions
